I. About the Interview
MGandhi interviewed Sir. Jaguar, founder/maintener of Consolemul, a french group which releases PCE games in ISO format. With these games, you can play PCE/Turbo Grafx 16 games in your PC using an emulator. As you can see, Jaguar doesn't speak very well English (as MGandhi), but you can read this interview without any difficulty. I loved to interview Sir. Jaguar, because his opinion was honest in spite of we were talking about my site too.
II. Thanks
I want to thanks Sir. Jaguar, because he has answered the questions so fast.

1. Firstly, when have you started with emulation?
I started with emulation three years ago when a friend had given me a CD with NES and MAME roms but without Internet, it was difficult to be informed on the emu actuality. One year ago, I could take out a subscribtion to Internet and I immediately created Consolemul. My desire was to open a videogames website but there was a lot of them already. On the other hand didnt exist an emulation website with daily updates. So, Consolemul was born :)

2. Why you started to rip PCE games?
Err, I don't rip PCE games. These ISO are donated by some visitors. Moreover, I would like to thank Elrond, Aerois, Zeograd and Hecq David for these ISO :)

3. Explain for our readers, how to rip PCE games.
Ho ! It's easy :) Zeograd has made a special utility to rip PCE Games : dumpCD. It extracts the data track only (for the moment) and create an ISO file. This utility can be downloaded in my PC Engine utility section. Go under DOS and launch dumpCD with this command "DumpCD D: C". where D: is your CD ROM letter. DumpCD can also make ISQ (compressed ISO) with "DumpCD D: Q". An HCD file is also automaticaly generated (not essential for hugo).

4. Have you already dumped your preferred game? If Yes, what is the game, and if no, what is the game, and why it still not dumped?
I don't have PCE Games. This is why I collect them in ISO version.

5. In your site, there are 30 games available, is it the largest file archive of ISO games over the internet?
I think :) Some people reproach me that these games are not in "full CD" version. But the music takes a lot of space :( But I have already put on my website Dracula X full CD and I will add other soon.

6. In your opinion, what is the best PCE emulator?
Hugo, of course :) It's the only emulator who can load ISO games. Furthermore, it's a french emulator ^^

7. What is missing in PCE emulators?
The best emulator would be Magic Engine with ISO support :)

8. Have you received something which wants you off the scene, as the Nintendo letters for ROMs site owners?
No, because there are no N64 and GameBoy roms :) If I receive a letter from Nintendo or another developer, I will remove all rom.

9. You're French, and your site is in French, but clicking in English version, the user goes to Babelfish translator. I'm Brazilian and my site is in English because i'm doing an international site, the reward is greater, but I receive tons of criticism due my decision. Do you agree with my opinion?
No, because Brazilian emu site perhaps not exist. You must make an Brazilian version of your website, it's an order ! ;p And keep the english version of course ;)

Reply from MGandhi and Kinox CEO: Brazilian emu sites exist. There are tons, but I can quote EmuCity (http://emucity.unae.com), the best Brazilian emu site, which is maintained by an ex-staffer from Kinox. Isn't possible to maintain Kinox in portuguese, but I think the language isn't a problem, because after .COM, .NET (USA/Canada) and Japan, Brazil is the country with more visits. But I respect Sir. Jaguar opinion.
